  A group of Year 7 and 8 students took part in an East Riding schools swimming gala at Beverley Leisure Centre, marking the first time the school has been represented at such an event.

  As part of an ongoing project to promote job opportunities in health and social care settings, students from selected schools across the region, including Withernsea High School, recently took part in a career insight day at Hull Royal Infirmary.

  Students who cycle to and from school were recently given another opportunity to have their bikes serviced and checked for safety.
• Popstars is a hit!
  Weeks of hard work and rehearsals culminated in a successful three-night run of Popstars: The 90’s musical.

  Year 10 Careers Ambassadors, Darcy L and Evelyn W, were among the speakers at the Hull and East Yorkshire Business Growth Skills Hub’s ‘Student Voice’ Celebration Event.
