Caitlyn and Jack represented the school and East Riding in this event after qualifying in the previous round. The conditions were extremely cold but fresh. Luckily the rain held off and both students ran their hearts out.

The course was 2300m over grassy and muddy terrain, with inclines towards the end of the run making it an extremely tough event needing resilience and determination. With over 140 runners in each category (Year 7 boys and Year 7 girls) both of our students finished in respectable places.

Well done to Jack finishing 23rd and Caitlyn 93rd
